All sales are final. If due to technical problems on our side you are unable to make use of your subscription, a proportional compensation will be offered by us. The compensation will consist in extra hours/days added to your current subscription, depending on the problem's nature and/or severity, and making up for the amount of time that you couldn't enjoy our services.

Products and services are sold on a no-refund basis. BetOnValue may make improvement and/or changes in the products and services provided without prior notice.
